Returns & Exchanges
If your not satisfied with your purchase you can always return the item(s) to us. However, there are a few conditions:
- Customers must return items within 14 days of receiving their original order.
- Any items returned to Warehouse Retro must be returned in their original state.
- As soon as we have received the item(s), we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 3 business days.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us beforehand by email at: info@warehouseretro.nl.
The costs of the return shipment are, both within and outside of the Netherlands, at the expense of the buyer and will take place at the risk of the buyer.
We don’t charge shipping fees exchanges; when exchanging for another item, shipping fees (once per order) are at Warehouse Retro’s expense. However, this only applies to shipping within the Netherlands. For international shipping we are compelled to charge the shipping fee.
The shipping fee outside The Netherlands starts from € 13,-.
Only following consultation a return shipment is accepted after the 14 day approval period. Please note we cannot offer a refund in this situation.
